Shipping
Where your order is, when it arrives, and what it costs to get there.
Rates and timing
Standard shipping is a flat $6 and takes 3–7 business days across the United States. Orders over $75 ship free.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern on a business day leave the warehouse the same day. Orders placed after that, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.
Tracking
The moment your order ships you receive an email with a tracking link. Your order history under My orders shows the current status of every purchase.
Delays and lost parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, contact us at support@fetkart.comwith your order number. A parcel that doesn't arrive within 15 business days is treated as lost — we reship it or refund you in full, your choice.
Coverage
FetKart currently delivers to all fifty US states. International shipping is planned but not yet available.
