Returns & refunds

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. It should be unused and in its original packaging — the state you'd want it delivered to you in.

Email support@fetkart.comwith your order number, or use the contact page. We send a prepaid label and arrange collection from your door — you don't pay return postage.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of the item reaching us. Your card provider may take another 1–3 days to show it.

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days. We ship a replacement immediately — no need to wait for the return to travel back.

These policies are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
